Just Au Pairs is an established agency based in London with many years experience of successfully placing au pairs.

• We select au pairs based on their suitability for childcare, management of light household duties and flexibility to fit into family life.
   
• We consider these criteria as well as independence, interests and other aspects of personality when making the selection.
   
• We take up references and ask candidates to provide a medical clearance.
   
• When introducing you to a family we try to match au pair and family interests and needs and we ask families to provide information to assist in that matching process.
   
• We place both male and female au pairs.
  

To re-assure au pairs about the families they are coming to, we ask clients to provide a reference, either written or verbal, from a previous au pair or nanny wherever possible. Usually this works by enabling you to speak to a previous au pair.
