“We are a family run business, together with our staff, we are always here to help. We provide a back up service throughtout the au pairs stay in the family home.”
The agents abroad with whom we work, know that Justaupairs only accept people with a reasonable understanding of English, and families are encouraged to speak to their au pairs before inviting them to join their families. By speaking to an au pair not only will a family be able to assess their English, but get to know the personality of their prospective au pair. When your au pair arrives we will send her/him a very detailed 'welcome pack', we will also speak to them once they arrive, and help with the settling in period, help with suitable language courses, and help to find friends, etc.

We offer a complete 'back-up' service to both the families and the au pairs. We are always available throughout the au pairs stay to give advise, and mediate when needed for example, holiday pay, use of telephone, language barrier,

working hours, etc. Why not give us a ring or leave a message or fill in our on-line application form.
Justaupairs
will always give you guidelines of au pair duties. Au pairs live with you as part of the family and must have their own bedrooms. Home Office regulations
state that an au pair must be placed in English
speaking families.
We will do our best to help you.
